Preparation Time
Orders are prepared within 1–14 business days.
Some pieces may require a longer preparation time, as noted on the product page.

Local Shipping
Local orders are shipped with a door-to-door delivery service.
You’ll receive an update once your order is ready and on its way. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days.
Please note that deliveries to remote areas in the north, south, or beyond the Green Line may take longer.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped via DHL Express and usually arrive within 4–8 business days.
Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may also be affected by customs processing.
Studio Pick Up
Pick up is available from Yitshak Elhanan 21, Tel Aviv
Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a message to arrange a time for pick up.

משלוחים בישראל
המשלוחים מתבצעים באמצעות שליח עד הבית.
כשההזמנה מוכנה ויוצאת לדרך, תישלח אליכן הודעה על יציאת המשלוח והוא יגיע תוך 1–3 ימי עסקים.
שימו לב: משלוחים לאזורים מרוחקים בצפון, בדרום או מעבר לקו הירוק עשויים לקחת זמן רב יותר.
משלוחים לחו״ל
משלוחים בינלאומיים נשלחים באמצעות DHL Express ומגיעים בדרך כלל תוך 4–8 ימי עסקים.
שימו לב: ייתכן שיחולו על ההזמנה תשלומי מכס ומסי יבוא בהתאם למדינת היעד, והם באחריות הלקוח.ה. זמני המשלוח עשויים להתארך גם בעקבות תהליך השחרור מהמכס.
איסוף מהסטודיו
ניתן לאסוף הזמנות מהסטודיו ברחוב יצחק אלחנן 21, תל אביב.
כשההזמנה תהיה מוכנה לאיסוף, תישלח הודעה לתיאום מועד הגעה.

How to Care for Your Milly Vishnia Jewelry
Sterling Silver Jewelry
All pieces are handcrafted from sterling silver (925).
Silver naturally darkens over time. To help slow down this process and keep your jewelry looking its best:

Avoid direct contact with perfumes, creams, and cosmetics.

Remove your jewelry before going to bed, swimming, or entering water containing salt, chlorine, or other harsh chemicals.

Take off your jewelry before working out or other activities that cause heavy sweating.

Store your jewelry in a dry environment.
Please handle your pieces with care, as knocks against hard surfaces or dropping them may leave marks.
Cleaning Your Silver Jewelry
Use a soft-bristled toothbrush with mild soap to gently clean the piece under running water. You can also soak it in warm (not boiling) soapy water for 5–10 minutes.
Dry thoroughly with a soft, clean cloth or paper towel.
Gold Plated Jewelry
Gold-plated pieces are made from sterling silver (925) and plated with 14K gold.
Gold plating naturally wears over time, and the rate at which this happens depends on use and care. To help preserve the plating:

Minimize contact with seawater, chlorine, detergents, perfumes, creams, and chemicals.

Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, or working out.
-
Store your jewelry in a dry environment.

Clean gently with mild soap and water, then dry thoroughly with a soft cloth or paper towel.

איך לשמור על תכשיטי מילי וישניא
תכשיטי כסף סטרלינג
כל התכשיטים מיוצרים בעבודת יד מכסף סטרלינג (925).
כסף יכול להתכהות באופן טבעי עם הזמן. כדי לעזור להאט את התהליך ולשמור על התכשיטים מבריקים לאורך זמן, מומלץ:

להימנע ממגע ישיר עם בשמים, קרמים ומוצרי קוסמטיקה.

להסיר את התכשיטים לפני השינה, שחייה או כניסה למים המכילים מלח, כלור או חומרים כימיים חזקים.

להסיר את התכשיטים לפני אימון או פעילות שגורמת להזעה מוגברת.

לאחסן את התכשיטים במקום יבש.
מומלץ להתייחס לתכשיטים בעדינות, מכות במשטחים קשים או נפילה עלולות להשאיר סימנים.
ניקוי תכשיטי כסף
ניתן לנקות את התכשיט בעדינות באמצעות מברשת שיניים רכה ומעט סבון עדין תחת מים זורמים. אפשר גם להשרות אותו במים חמימים (לא רותחים) עם מעט סבון למשך 5–10 דקות.
לאחר הניקוי, יש לייבש היטב בעזרת מטלית רכה ונקייה או נייר סופג.
תכשיטים בציפוי זהב
תכשיטים בציפוי זהב עשויים מכסף סטרלינג (925) ומצופים בזהב 14 קראט.
ציפוי זהב נשחק באופן טבעי עם הזמן, וקצב השחיקה משתנה בהתאם לאופן השימוש והשמירה על התכשיט. כדי לעזור לשמור על הציפוי לאורך זמן, מומלץ:

להימנע מגע עם מי ים, כלור, חומרי ניקוי, בשמים, קרמים וכימיקלים.

להסיר את התכשיטים לפני מקלחת, שחייה או אימון.

לאחסן את התכשיטים במקום יבש.

לנקות בעדינות עם סבון עדין ומים, ולאחר מכן לייבש היטב בעזרת מטלית רכה או נייר סופג.

Warranty & Repairs
I want you to be able to wear and enjoy your jewelry for a long time. If something happens to your piece, get in touch and I’ll be happy to take a look and find the best solution.
Warranty
Each piece is covered by a 6-month warranty from the date the order is received, covering manufacturing and craftsmanship defects.
The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, or damage caused by improper use or care.
Repairs
Most jewelry can be repaired, even if the damage isn’t covered by the warranty.
If something happens to your piece, send me a photo so I can take a look and let you know what can be done. Depending on the type of repair, a fee may apply.
Resizing
Finding the perfect fit can sometimes take a little adjustment. I want your ring to feel comfortable and be worn, so small size adjustments to silver rings can usually be made at no additional cost.
Gold-plated rings and significant size changes may require additional work or re-plating, and therefore may involve a fee. Get in touch and I’ll be happy to see what can be done.
Cleaning
Silver naturally darkens over time due to oxidation. This is a superficial and natural process and does not affect the quality of the material. The extent of darkening can vary depending on use, storage conditions, and environmental factors.
If your jewelry needs a refresh, you’re always welcome to bring it by the studio for a complimentary cleaning.

Gold Plating
Gold plating naturally wears over time, depending on use and care.
Gold plating is covered by a 6-month warranty from the date your order is received. After the warranty period, re-plating is available for a fee if needed. Contact me for re-plating.
Unfortunately, re-plating is currently unavailable for international customers.

אחריות
כל תכשיט מגיע עם אחריות ל־6 חודשים מיום קבלת ההזמנה, המכסה פגמים בייצור ובעבודת הצורפות.
האחריות אינה מכסה בלאי טבעי, נזק שנגרם מתאונה, אובדן או נזק שנגרם משימוש או טיפול לא מתאימים.
תיקונים
את רוב התכשיטים ניתן לתקן, גם אם הנזק אינו במסגרת האחריות.
אם משהו קרה לתכשיט, שלחו לי תמונה כדי שאוכל להסתכל ולראות מה ניתן לעשות. בהתאם לסוג התיקון, ייתכן שתהיה עלות לתיקון.
שינוי מידה
לפעמים מציאת המידה המדויקת דורשת התאמה קטנה. חשוב לי שתענדו את הטבעת ושהיא תהיה לכם נוחה, ולכן ניתן לבצע התאמות מידה קטנות בטבעות כסף ללא עלות נוספת.
טבעות בציפוי זהב ושינויים משמעותיים במידה עשויים לדרוש עבודה נוספת או ציפוי מחדש, ולכן עשויים להיות כרוכים בתשלום. צרו איתי קשר ואשמח לראות מה ניתן לעשות.

על ציפוי הזהב ניתנת אחריות ל־6 חודשים מיום קבלת ההזמנה. לאחר תקופת האחריות, ניתן לחדש את הציפוי בתשלום במידת הצורך. כדי לחדש ציפוי זהב, צרו איתי קשר.
נכון לעכשיו שירות חידוש הציפוי אינו זמין ללקוחות מחו״ל.

Exchanges & Returns
I kindly ask you to keep in mind that each piece is handmade, so slight variations from the photos may occur.
Most importantly, I want you to love and wear your jewelry. If something doesn’t feel right with your order, get in touch and I’ll be happy to see what can be done.
Exchanges
Items can be exchanged within 14 business days of receiving your order, provided they are unused and returned in their original condition.
All shipping costs related to the exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
Items can be returned within 14 business days of receiving your order, provided they are unused and returned in their original condition.
Once the item is returned and received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or 100 NIS, whichever is lower.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Personalized & Custom Items
Personalized or custom-made items, such as pieces with personalized engravings or custom-made designs, cannot be returned or exchanged.
Choosing a ring size is not considered personalization.
Order Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible.
A cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or 100 NIS, whichever is lower, will apply.
Personalized or custom-made items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

בחירת מידת טבעת אינה נחשבת להתאמה אישית.
ביטול הזמנה
אם תרצו לבטל את ההזמנה, צרו איתי קשר בהקדם האפשרי.
במקרה של ביטול, ייגבו דמי ביטול בגובה 5% מסכום העסקה או 100 ₪, לפי הנמוך מביניהם.
לא ניתן לבטל פריטים בהתאמה אישית לאחר שהייצור שלהם החל.
