What material is the jewelry made of?

All of the jewelry is sterling silver and handmade.

Sterling silver is a world-renowned metal alloy used to make jewelry, which contains 92% pure silver.


Silver goes through a natural chemical process over time called oxidation which causes the original color of the piece to darken. This darkening does not represent a change in the quality of the material, rather it is a natural and superficial process that occurs to a greater or lesser extent depending on how the jewelry is stored, or your local climate.

How to care for your Milly Vishnia Jewelry

Sterling Silver Jewelry

All of the items are made from sterling silver (925).

To prevent the natural blackening of silver over time we recommend that you avoid direct contact between perfumes and creams with your jewelry 


It is also recommended to remove your jewelry before going to bed, showering, or entering any type of water source that contains salt/chlorine/strong chemicals. We also recommend that you remove your jewelry before a workout or any kind of strenuous activity that causes sweating.


Pieces that are not being worn should be stored in an airtight bag, in a dry place.


To avoid damage, please be gentle with your jewelry. Hits from hard surfaces and dropping them on the floor can leave marks.


Clean your silver jewelry: Use a toothbrush with soft fibers and mild soap and gently scrub the piece under running water. You can also soak them in warm soapy water (not boiling water) for 5-10 minutes. Then dry it off with a soft, clean paper towel or soft cloth.


Gold Plated Jewelry

Our gold jewelry is sterling silver plated with 14K gold.

In order to maintain the gold coating over time we recommend:

  • Minimize the jewelry's contact with sea water, chlorine, detergents, perfumes, creams, and chemicals.

  • Store your jewelry in a dry environment.

  • Clean your jewelry with mild soap under running water and dry with a soft clean cloth or paper towel


The gold coating is of high quality, but please keep in mind that it will degrade over time; how much time varies from person to person and is affected by how the item is handled.

If needed, you can have your jewelry recoated for a fee. If you are interested in renewing your coating, please contact us. (At the moment we are unable to offer this service to our international clients, sorry!)

How do I know what my size is?

The best way to measure your finger is to use a professional finger gauge. Go to a jewelry store near you, or make an appointment to visit my studio. If that’s not possible, you can measure your finger at home.

It is also possible to measure your finger size by using an existing ring. This method is less accurate, however you are welcome to contact us and we would be happy to help you with this process.

Preparation and Delivery Times

How long does it take you to prepare, package, and ship my order?

Preparation time

Every item is made to order especially for you. Orders are usually ready within two weeks time, but we make an effort to have them ready as soon as possible.

Delivery time

Local Orders -  

Local orders are shipped by a door-to-door service via a private local delivery company throughout Israel.


Once the order is ready and collected, the package will arrive in 3 business days or less. (Please expect delays if the shipping address is located in remote settlements in the north, south, or over the Green Line.)


International Orders - 

International orders are sent via express delivery with the shipping company DHL and arrive between 4-8 days.


Please Note: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We do not take responsibility for delays due to customs.

Returns, Exchange, and Cancellation Policies

We ask you to be understanding towards the fact that all of the jewelry is handmade and therefore there may be slight differences from the picture.

  • Most new, unopened items can be replaced or refunded within 14 days from receipt of order. 

  • Customized items are non-refundable. 

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If your item was lost, damaged, or returned to us due to issues with the shipping, we will be happy to replace your items. In all of these cases we will not refund your purchase.
